Since 1995, he has been a member of the Order of Certified Auditors and also included in the Directory of Law Court Experts of Milan - section "company and firm evaluation". He has been serving as Managing Director and Member of Boards of Auditors of major companies. He is an expert in tax matters and related litigation and corporate law and contracts. He has several years of experience in the preparation and management of major corporate deals (reorganizations, mergers, incorporations, spin-offs, divestments, etc.) as well as in the area of succession and inheritance division.

He has been serving as a member of the boards of auditors of leading companies and is an expert on tax, corporate law, accounting and budget. He has several years of experience in the preparation of consolidated financial statements of medium to large sized corporate groups and in bankruptcy proceedings (arrangement with creditors, liquidation and bankruptcy).

Federico Pennone: has been a partner of Studio Ricciarelli since 2004, he has a Bachelor's degree in Law at the Università Cattolica Sacro Cuore of Milan. Since 2003, he has been a member of the Bar of Milan. He is an expert in commercial and bankruptcy law, real estate law, banking law as well as in corporate and commercial contracts. He has gained extensive experience in the management of large real estate portfolios. He is specialised in civil litigation and dispute resolution at Law Courts and Courts of Appeal throughout Italy.
